is that even in a postapocalyptic future, every woman is stunningly beautiful and dresses like a high-tech skanky ho with tons of cleavage and a laser on her leather somewhere.

Even if she has pointy ears. Sometimes the pointy ears even bring more hawtness, in a weird Liv Tyler sort of way.

    I do like my scifi.

When I was younger I'd watch Star Trek: Voyager just to see 7 of 9's cans.

Yeah, a while back I was bored and looking around the SciFi website and found the BSG forum...wow...I take pride in being a SciFi geek and these guys were scaring me...

I know when and how Chewbacca died and have read ALL of the Star Wars novels.
I make it a point to watch Star Trek: The Next Generation reruns on G4 whenever I see them on.
    I love Stargate SG-1.
I'm slowly reading the Dune novel series.
    I liked Postman and Waterworld.
I think someone should still try and make another go with the Firefly/Serenity franchise.

...but that's not my life and yes, I have touched boobies...

...some of those guys on there scared the crap out of me...all I wanted to know was some minor thing about their Viper fighters and the more I read in their replies and posts the more scared I got...

    Yes you do...

I avoid the conventions. To high of a luny concentration.

I was stationed in San Diego, CA when I was in the Marines. The first Star Wars movie came out while I was there and SoCal, being the land of fruits and nuts, gave us it's finest to attend the movie with the rest of us...
...in my case being a tall, skinny drunk guy in a Chewbacca costume who was roaring and howling about the movie theatre employees trying to shut him up and then the cops coming and arresting him. He even did the "pissed off wookie" arm gesture thingy as they grabbed him.

...or the guy I saw cruising down the 405 just east of the 15 who had a Volkwagen Vanagan painted up to look like a Star Trek shuttlcraft...and was in some kind of a Star Fleet uniform...:doah:

    I feel your pain.

I love Sci/Fi too but at times it's very scary. In HS I sat next to a guy who use to wear Star Trek uniforms EVERYDAY! Now that was bad enough but this was over 20 years ago before any of the new series came out. The funniest part was that he sewed all the uniforms himself.

I hate Stargate , waterworld and the postman, but I love Firefly/serenity.
