Looking into getting an Eclipse head unit for my 2001 Chevy DD. Forgot the serial name for it, I think its something like model #3404... Anyways it has 35Wx4, dual pre-outs and optional remote. The face is not detachable, but it comes with a 1 year theft warranty and 3 year service warranty. Supposedly it comes with some GPS tracking system that can locate the headunit in case it gets stolen. Anyone heard of this function?

So is this a good unit? Is $273.00 too much for the CD player and complete installation?

    I was thinking around $300.00, so I think it's a fair price.
