I'm looking at a mid 80's 3+3 crewcab 2wd. It has no motor or trans, but it has the 14bolt and all the interior, doors, front clip and body (except bed) is in good shape. I really just want the axle but if I can get the whole truck may do a conversion onto a blazer frame later. What is the going price for the 14bolt and what would ya'll give for the whole thing. Not trying to sell it to anyone I just want to give the guy a fair price. Of course cheeper the better but could someone give me an idea. Thanks. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

I bought two 14FF last year for $100 each. I'd say the entire truck is worth $200-$300

    Good luck

Call a local junkyard and describe to them the 3+3. Find out what the yard will give you and use that to bargain with the guy. If the yard says it's worth $100 offer the guy $150 and tell him you're doing him a favor by hauling it away for free. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

A truck like that around here you wouldn't get more than $100 from a junk yard. Probably closer to $50 /forums/images/graemlins/peace.gif
