What is the diffrence between 67-72 springs and 73-91? Can you make 73 springs fit on to a 72? If so what kind of work is involved, is it worth it?

the front springs from a 73+ are longer. i think like 2-3 inches. you could put them in a 67-72 but you will need to offset the axel about 1-2 inches, not sure if it's front or back.

as for the rear i think they are the same.

I put '73-up springs on my '72 blazer... big mistake. they fit ok, the backs are the same, but the fronts are 3" longer. this moved my front axle rearward causing all sorts of steering problems. there are people who have moved the front spring mounts forward to make them work, but there are plenty of spring manufacturers that make stuff for our blazers now so I think that it is completely unnecessary. I think that it was done before because it was hard to find parts for our trucks a few years back.
