What is the firing order?I have the water out How do I get it from the block? Or should I just have if flushed out when I am done. My radiator has low mileage on it, but it is full of crap. What is the right way to do it or should I find a shop? Will a 6.5 injection pump give me more power and who makes a good book on the 6.2 and 6.5? Thanks again Mike

I have the haynes manual, and I think they cover everything you need. As far as how and when to clean the water passages, if you're not rebuilding the engine and have it apart, I would wait till you hook the whole system up and rig a T fitting in the heater return line, and back flush the system with the engine running. There is a Kit that I bought from Walmart that has everything in it and even the instruction. You can use a flushing additive to do that.
