what is your Truck punch list

    Install front 4x4 iron bumper
    Install m15000 winch
    Install rock slider 4x4 iron
    Bleed breaks
    Change the front output shaft to ford 32 spines for cv flange (np205)
    Install front drive shaft (on the way) high angle
    Install ford shock towers
    Install MOR rear shock bracket
    Do not for get the gear oil for the dif and 205/203
    Install the twin stick for ORD 203/205
    Fix the 700R tv cable (pain in the ars)
    New exhaust system (I am just going the take it some place)
    Still kick a round on replacing the new 37 ssr with 39 or 42 trl

    This was a big winter build up from the truck of last summer on 10bolts and 35
    It is soo tough to find the time to work on the truck with a new house (needs some fixing up) and studying for a electrical masters test for NYC /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

    Let's see:

    1. trans
    2. pull case apart and install new input shaft and sye.
    3. put everything in place.
    4. pull rear axle back out and turn perches and install new shock mounts.
    5. finish front suspention, retorque and install sway bar and discos.
    6. soft top install.
    7. herq the interior.
    8. make new side panels for the rear. Yeah a little bling, bling.
    9. sliders.
    10. winch.
    11. new 37" mtr's.
    12. plant money tree.
    13. install rear bumper and tow points.
    14. paint truck.
    15. finish stripping both my 89 and my 73.
    16. I'm getting scard so I'm gonna stop now.

    sell the 37's to wayne and buy some 42's. with my new alcan springs and the 42's, my approach angle is about 80 degrees or 100 degrees; depending on which way you measure the angle's.

    To do in the next two weeks:
    Flush Radiator and install Goodyear High temp heater hoses
    Add another coat of black primer
    Paint underneath the truck black and install stainless steel bolts
    Clean up the recent stereo wiring job /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

    In the next month or so:
    Herculine the tub
    New bumpers

    Put on Soft-Top /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
    Install Holley TBI /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
    Install MSD box /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
    Install new guages /forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif
    Start cleaning and painting underneath /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
    Wash Wax and get the gunk off my front wheels
    Goto Waynes and get my rear seatbelt /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

    i have a new set of 4
    37-12.50R-16 (10-ply)
    RADIALS
    Super Swamper SSR
    on steel rims 16"x8"
    new 0 miles i put them on the truck and too small i need 42"

    Are you looking to sell them? I really want MTR's but might consider something else if the price is right.

    Which truck lol /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif If its the 79 fix the new sbc 400 2 bolt main in it. If it the 87, I have to do everything to it.

    1- reassemble both doors
    2- cut and fit new vinyl floor kit
    3- put seats back in front and back
    4- put soft top on
    5- put front inner,outer grill and bumper back on
    6- get my 37's mounted and put on
    7- install locker and hang 14FF with disk brakes
    8- install 3-point seat-belts
    9- get headers and exhaust on
    10- need to get rear seat redone in black
    11- add washers to body mounts to open up doors on top

    just finished putting in D60..all by myself..yikes/ouch! also installed ORD greasable shackles, procomp brake lines.
    still need to finish steering stabilizer once I fill d60 with gear oil.

    I have no wheels! Sold them to triger....38's and 8lugs arrive tomorrow though...oh yeah.

    That 12 bolt belongs to BJarvis354. I still need a 3/4 ton 14ff for rear....fast!

    herculiner the interior
    paint
    clean up engine compartment (fire)

    Big Orange:

    part out what i don't want (basically entire drivetrain)
    swap in Rockwells, 52" XL's, new lift
    ditch interior
    cage
    diesel
    doubler
    repaint orange
    bumpers
    beadlocks
    fuel cell

    Fill gas tank
    check vital fluids
    load cooler
    thoroghly coat in mud /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    Long term (not in any particual order)

    finish gutting interior
    fix holes in floor
    line inside
    cage, seats and harnesses
    60 front or Rockwells when front dies
    Gears if not going Rocks
    205
    cutting, not trimming....cutting! /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
    44s
    Oh yeah, painting it sometime too
    bumpers

    Rebuild the engine
    Install echobit flip rear with shimms
    Install 4" bds springs front with shimms
    SS brake lines
    New shocks
    14ff rear with 4.56's and detroit
    8 lug 4.56 front
    Hack fenders
    New 8 lug wheels
    35x12.50's
    Manual locking hubs
    Fix whatever is wrong with the electrical system
    All this on a highschool student's salary. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
