That sounds sweet!!! Dude that is $20k worth of goodies. YEEHAW!!!

I have a similar list being built as we speak (without rock ram and doubler but with D60 on a 4" lift with 35s). Including the ORU disks - fugging yikes $$$. How do you like them?
How do you like the AGR stuff? Mixed reviews on this site.

My next step is designing the cage with floor mount shifter and gauge/switch panel.

I also have onboard air via an extreme air pump. Big heavy duty unit with its own airfilter.

I assume you have dual batteries?

Ya those would be good next steps. A 383 or 454 and a doubler. You didn't mention what tranny and t-case you were running now.. Are you auto or manual?

38.5's with 4.09 gearing, what are you running for motor, tranny, and t-case?

If you didn't build it yourself, how can you call it yours.......?

Since money does not seem like an issue. LOL. A Dana 60 in place of the 44, rock sliders, custom bumbers, FI bigblock, doubler, on board air and welder, soft top, and how about a coil over suspention.

I buy the components due to quality assurance. I do definately turn my own wrenches though. I call it mine cause I put it together, I sat out in the freezing cold getting it ready. It's MY blood on the pieces. And these are my scars from bangin' MY knuckles on MY truck. Not to mention the nights I gave up with MY wife. She would testify as to whos it is. HA HA!! Thanks for the input.

The Rock Ram is awesome. Probably the best upgrade to date. Saturday I took the steering wheel off of the column to line it up. The line on my steering shaft wasn't exactly vertical. I was able to turn the shaft with my thumb and forefinger to get it centered up. Simply amazing.

I'm running a gutless 305 with a turbo 350. that's the reason I didn't mention them. I know they are the weakest links in the chain. But the are also the ones I want to spend the must time putting together. A guttles NP203 also resides......for now.

The D44 is doing well so far. I've slammed the front end a couple of times and it seems to be doing well. Don't forget , it's combined with the RockRam so there isn't much stress in steering. Te diff was cheap and I wanted to try it before shelling out the bucks for a D60. I'll post all of my problems as they happen. If they happen, when they happen. And hope they don't happen.

I would think a crossover steering should be coming up. Sounds like you"ve about sold the farm for all of this,I know I have. It really helps to have a understanding wife.

    Your truck sounds nice man!!
Rock Ram on D44 Knuckles...YIKES!!! Be careful when your front tires are wedge between a rock and you turn the wheel. Something will move or something will break.
Anyhow, I would say, do the crossover next....that's the Bomb upgrade!! Then motor. Then Tranny/Doubler at the same time. Good luck.
