I've got a 2 1/2" suspension lift with 33"x12.5"x15" tires. I know I need a high lift jack, but how high does it need to go?

Will <a target="_blank" href=http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=6530> this 48" jack</a> be enough to do the job?

    Thomas.

Get the 60...48" may work but it will be at its limits unless the only place you use it will be in the driveway.

    Ok, thanks Rene.

I searched Harborfreight for a 60" one, but I couldn't find it. Do you know any other places online to order one at?

    Thanks,

    Thomas.

I've been searching around, and so far I've found 2 locations that sell the 60"

    AdventerousOffRoad is the 2nd place.

I'm going to keep looking to see if I can find one cheaper.

    Thomas.

I decided to give Four Wheel Parts a call, and they have the 60" in stock.

Black stamped Iron 60" Highlift is $58
Red Cast Iron 60" Highlift is $69

I think I'll just cruise down there and pick one up.

Thanks for the info. I just checked that place out, but the total came to over $80 after shipping [IMG]

I think Four Wheel Parts is looking like the best bet, mainly because there's no shipping.

FWP is supposed to match any price, print the website and take it to them when you buy the jack

I carry around a 2 1/2 ton floor jack in the back of my rig. uch safer than trying to jack -up a lifted rig. I have a 4" lift and ue to have a hi-lift.

Life is like a dash board.

That 2 1/2 ton floor jack wouldn't be near as safe in the rocks and boulders...or half as handy in the mud...

For versatility the hi-lift is pretty hard to beat, although for working on mine in the carport the floor jack gets the nod every time![IMG]

    Yea, I agree.
I have two 3 ton floor jacks in the garage, but I didn't want to be carrying one around with me. I ended up getting the 48" Stamped High Lift and It does the job fine; but I think I will get the bumper kit for it ....... just for added piece-of-mind.

    Thanks for all the replys,

    Thomas.

    You got that right..
I took in Summit's prices on the 15x10 8 lug wheel's.. and they (4wpw) gave them to me for the same price.. knocked 8 buck's off per wheel..
Really pay's to go in there with ammunition off the internet.
