What kind of heads to buy?

    My 1986 k5 blazer has a small block 350 in her with a 600 cfm edelbrock carb and edelbrock intake. Im am looking to buy a good set of cylinder heads for it but I dont know which kind. Any one have any recomendations /forums/images/icons/confused.gif .Do I have to get the block machined.? /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

    I would get a set of vortec heads (96- chevy truck heads). You will also need a new intake to use those heads.

    i'll second the vortecs. i've been running them for the past 2yrs or so with no problems. for the price you can't beat them. total conversion cost were a bit under 700, then again i bought the display model with the rockers on them.
