I have a 350HO, I am having it bored .030 over. I am replacing all the pistons. The heads on it are 64cc, and I run 93 octane in it anyways. Which ones would you guys reccomend? There are the keith black ones summit lists. or I am open to other brands.

    9.1-11.1:1 Flat top $239.95
    9.7-12.0:1 .100 dome $221.69
    8.9-10.9:1 Flat Top $173.39
    8.9-10.9:1 Flat Top $173.39
    9.7-12.0:1 .100 dome $221.69
    8.5-10.3 12cc D-dish $235.39
    8.9-10.9 Flat Top $187.39
    8.9-10.9:1 Flat Top $235.39
    9.9-12.5:1 .150 dome $250.99
    10.9-14.1 .388 dome $282.99

Also what kind/type or rings would you reccomend?

Are those Vortec heads? If so, with 93 octane, you should be able to get somewhere around 10:1 with no problem, maybe even higher.

Running that octane gas with some good heads, I'd go crazy with compression ratio.

8.5-10.3 12cc D-dish $235.39 If these are 10.3 with the 64cc heads, then they'd be my choice. 10.3 with 93 oct. would work as long as everything is tuned right, and should make some good power. I've ran 10.5 to 1 on 91 oct. gas without pinging.

It means that there is a D shaped depression in the top of the piston that lowers the compression ratio.

flat tops and 64cc heads is 10.5 to 1 compression, perfect for 93 octane IMO. Nice a streetable /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
