The Blazer floor is flat.

The minivan seats expect a flat surface.

The bolt patterns are different (no surprise).

Mod's should be limited to:
- drill new holes for the new bolt pattern for the driver's seat
- put the flip-up-seat mechanism for the passenger seat onto the passenger seat

Shouldn't be hard.

The mounting brackets are just bolted to the stock seat. They can be removed and put on any seat you want. You may have to get some welding done so they will fit the old bolt pattern but I am sure any welding shop would do it for a cheap price. Also I was looking at http://www.corbeau.com and they sell a great line of seats from 140$ to what ever you would want to spend and they sell mounting brackets for K5 Blazers.
