Go down to NAPA and get a Crane distributor curve kit. Replace the stock centrifugal advance springs with a lighter set and enjoy the increased low end torque.

WELL. . . i took it to get it inspected and halfway there the brakes go haywire. . . grabbing randomly and left rear don't do nothing. . . this is less than 4 days after i get it back from $1100 in brake work- back at the same shop- i demanded they fix it for free excpet parts. . . and they will.

$1100 in brake work? WTF did they do? I could get EVERY part of the brake system brand new for less than half that.

It sounds to me as though you have a lot that you could do. It would probably take you more than a day as well. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
