Most high end car stereo shops can get them or make them for you.

But worth every penny IMHO. I had a set in my 83 K5, and they fit perfectly with NO modifications to anything (panel or the truck), matched the interior flawlessly, and were superior quality. You get what you pay for, and these are definitely worth the 160 bones or whatever if you want a seamless, integrated look. They looked like they came installed from the factory, and that is exactly what I wanted.

q forms fit nice, and look ok,but they put the speaker(usually high dollar componet)in harms way.close to e-brake pedal, and prone to dirt and such.not good for a trail truck.
