Average temp for the first week in October is between 70-75 degrees, snow shouldn't be a problem. /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif

I think the friday meet and greet should be around dinner time. 6:00 PM or so. That will give people who are planning on driving in on friday more time to get there. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I agree with the evening meet & greet. It would kinda suck if some people weren't there till a few hours after.

I'd go with the dinner time thing also. It could even start a little earlier with the cook'in (if any) at 6:00. I know I will be there on Thursday but most of us will want to get a run in on Fri. morning or at least play that day.
If you need some help again this year Steve, just let me know. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Would 5 PM be ok if we did a cookout? I think we should do a bring your own BBQ if you want to cookout unless someone wants to donate the beef. (well, you know what I mean) /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

Well I don't know how you are going to do it this year but I remember a debate earlier this year about cost of insurance and stuff, so are you having an official event or are we just going to coincidently happen to be there at the same time and have some fun?
I agree everyone gets their own food and we could do a pot luck if it makes things cosier but that will make sure there is enough food and no waste.

What, y'all didn't like my cooking last year? I lost all my arm hair from the raging BBQ pit last year...helped in seasoning I think.
