    What ya cookin\' tonight.

I'm having Polish Sausage and sour crout. The polish sausage is from a local farmer (Bought at the farmer's market, I go atleast 2 times a week for fresh veggies, and home made bread.)

    Re: What ya cookin\' tonight.

I'll get it from my wife here, she made them.

OK, this cost me cause she's trying to sleep right now. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

    Really simple:
Brown hamburger meat (I think we used 1 lb or so tonight)
Mix in chopped cabage, onions, . . . (veggies as you see fit)
Cook that all up till the meats good and done.

We used the store bought egg roll shells (like $2 for a dozen or so)
Add all the goodies into a shell, and wrap it up. (don't ask me how to wrap them, wifey was a manager for Taco Bell and she knows how to wrap things up, unlike me)

Toss 3-4 in the deep fryer for 3 mins @ 375 degrees.
Drain the grease, let cool, soak with soy souce, duck sauce, whatever floats your boat and enjoy! /forums/images/graemlins/woot.gif
This made about 16 tonight and with all the kids (4) eating we still got 4 left for my lunch tomorrow./forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Can you tell I don't cook much, except on the grill.
