Mine's an 85 - has all those specs, except it was originally white with tan down the middle.

Of the 5 toughest dogs in the neighborhood, my cat's ranked #3

Silverado package didnt start until '83 i believe so that narrows it down to a 83-91

Tailites get replaced too frequently to be of much use determining the year of a truck. The VIN is by far the most accurate way...aside from the owner telling you. [IMG]

i dunno if it has tbi, that's why i wanna find out what yr. it is...and i took a little closer look at it, and the grill's got one horizontal bar that's at least 2" thick, and its white(body color). can that narrow it down? bucket seat's w/a console too.

Does the body collored bar in the grille extend onto the headlight bezels? If so then it is either an '83 or '84. If not, then it is an '85-'88. BTW, the Silverado package began in '77 I think.

'85 K5 : Run it til it breaks, then fix it and go again!

just get the vin number if you look through the widshield at the dash in front of the steering wheel you will see it. That way you will know what year it is
