What\'s a good CB to get???

I need to install a CB in my 78 Jimmy so I can do snow runs this year in the mountains... Anyone have a good diecently (sp) priced cb brand/model their happy with...
And yes I will have to have a big antenna, why? It looks better :)
I'm also looking for a nice bumper I can mount a few lights too... All the ones I've seen are way to pricy right now? Anyone have a homegrown design???

Um... yes officer I know it's too big...

I would go with a Uniden, they are nice. Cobra used to be the same, but now Cobra is being made by Kraaco. Yuk!!

If you just want a normal CB with no goodies on it and one that has 40 channels(i think they all do know) Probably around $30-$75..
If you just want something to talk on and are not worried about features, you could even get away with a Radio Shack model, and I think they are about $20.

Unidens can be found at Wal-Mart, Truck stops, CB Shops.

Look under the communications forum . there were a few places online that you could order from.
