We are planning a HUGE garden this year now that we have a few acres to play with. So far our list includes:
asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, eggplant, squash, many many tomatoes, banana peppers, sweet bell peppers, jalapenos, okra, cantaloupe, watermelon and green onions. This in addition to the apple and pear trees we have and the 3 grape orchards and 3 blueberry bushes. Should save some money this year on buying fruits and veggies :D

holy smokes! I want to come live with you big pappa! That sounds like it's going to be an awesome garden!! When I get my own place, I will grow whatever I can. Although it's warmer down there so you can grow more stuff.
    Good luck!:)

I've already got my cabbage, onions, and potatoes in the ground and up. Still got to plant my maiters, cumbers, korn, peppers, squash, beans, peas, cantolopes, and water melons. I can't wait until its collard growing time. Yum!

What's in my garden right now? Well, let me go look....

...snow. A bunch of snow. :D

BUT, Once the weather gets better we'll be planting tomatoes, peppers (bell, cayenne, and jalepeno), zucchinni, carrots, pumpkins, arugala, green beans, snow peas, and then my random herbs.

    Good stuff! :D

I will be planting in 2 different areas. One will be in teh front area of where we keep our chickens. They will help to keep the bugs down. The other area will be just to the right in the far front of the yard
