Paul I looked at the pics and I think you would have a better off parting it out and selling the parts at a local swap meet or in your local paper. If I were in your neck of the woods and was looking for a car like that I might give you $200 just to have the parts. I know that sounds cheap but it needs a lot.

I agree with Corey, it looks like it needs too much. I'd even give you a lot more if the rest of the body were in nice shape (couldn't rightly tell from the photos), and I could find replacement body parts.

That really sucks, though. I hope you at least got something from the insurance company!

Got a hour and a half to go. I've had 6 bids and it's up to $660.00. I set the reserve for $800.00, but I will email the highest bidder and let them have it for the highest bid. I hope they'll put it back together and send me some pic's.

Put it on Ebay. Set your starting price at the seven grand. Who know's how high it'll go for. I made $10.00 over my reserve !!!! (LOL).

I agree. I'm still kicking myself for selling the mint condition 64 Impala SS with the 327 powerglide and posi rear end I had 10 years ago. It was midnight blue with ET slots.

    Re: What\'s it worth ????

If you do list your impala on ebay, then personally, I would make the opening bid very, very low. Set the reserve at the 7 grand or higher, but start the bidding at $500 or even $100. People will be much more likely to bid when they can make a lower bid -- then they get hooked on it and want to beat out the next guy who out bids them, lol. At least that's my take on it. Then again, i've never sold a car on ebay before. LOL
