What\'s the deal with Superlift kits?

I am currently running a superlift 4" superride kit and I just ordered a set of 6" superride front springs to replace my 4" springs. I keep hearing about superlift's kits actually being about an inch under advertised lift height! Can anyone give me anymore info on this? Because if I'm paying for 6" of lift spring that's what I want! Thanks!

Ya! How come lifts can be advertised as 6" but really be like 5 or 5.5"? I can understand tires cause they balloon out and the pressure varies, but what's the deal??? For as much as lifts cost, we should get what we paid for!!!
