Whats the difference in a Humvee and a Hummer

    I'm assuming they are two seperate body styles or one is military and the other civilian. so someone solve the delima here please.

    The H1 Hummer is a "pretty" civilian version of the military hummv. They are basically the same but the cilian hummer has a nicer interior and more options for the drivetrain.

    Military lingo for their truck is:

    HMMWV- stands for High Mobility Multi Wheeled Vehicle.

    This is the baseline for all the variations.
