I just posted this picture in a thread in the Garage, I'm out of town, I had my wife take this picture this morning, I just noticed something in this picture that is bad. I'm out of town this week, it wasn't that way on Monday morning when I left.

    It's my deer transport!

It needs to flip down so my one-piece tilt front clip, which is hinged on the front, can flip up.

Must have been a leprechaun looking for his lost gold. When he realized I spent it all on my K5, he got must have got pissed. That bastard!

The cabinet door the dart board is on is slightly open. I also rotate the board every few games so it wears evenly.

Umm...Kitchen is the most logical place to be wrenching on your truck, isn't that where everyone works on their vehicles? Kitchens are usally wired for 20amp outlets as well!

Hey now, it's a she! I know, the day she was born, the doctors told us it was a she, even though it looks to the contrary, but we love her as she is, without pre-disposition.

Seriously though that the problem righ? Because of the upper pins on the brush gaurd mount, The mount is now too tall. Therefore when you tilt the nose forward it will hit right?

Nope, they won't hit. The arc of the front clip hinges is such that it lifts. The brush guard brackets are no higher than the hinge brackets and are pretty much within the inside area of the hinge action. If I let the clip swing all the way around so the flat of the hood is upside down on the ground, they would hit. But that scenario can'thappen anyway, it will hit the bumper. It only needs to swing up past the gusset of the clip hinge, then you can slide it off to one side if you want to completly remove the clip.
I've yet to decide where to limit it for normal opening, I'm gonna put a set of gas lift struts in.
Scroll about halfway down this page to see the hinge action:
