What is the wheel base of a blazer and a suburban? Suburbans aren't that much longer are they?

I think the last two are incorrect... /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif

159.5" is the regular cab C&C LWB (7' cab/axle dimension)
164.5" is the crewcab (longbox or C&C are same length)

You remember wrong unless you did something to change it. This assumes you had a '69-72 (104) or a '73-91 (106.5) K5. I have no idea on the '92-Tahoe years or any of the S-10s.

109" on a blazer. could have 56" rear springs fliped bakwards that would put it at 110.5" about.

Nope, thats where you're wrong. /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif

The regular cab C&C is 135.5" as I just parted one out. /forums/images/graemlins/whistling.gif

The rest of the info is true as I pulled them from a "special" book I have with all the specs and detailed info's about the GM trucks. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

Sorry for the hijack... /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif I guess the original question was only the K5 and Burb wheelbase.

Apparently you could get all the wheelbases as a 'cab & chassis' at some point. So what we're really going after is the 'cab & chassis ONLY' wheelbases.

    There's two, and they are:

    135.5" (has 5' cab/axle dimension)
    159.5" (has 7' cab/axle dimension)

What 'special' book do you have? I'm going by this '80 GMC brochure. /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif

My book is just called "4x4's". Its compiled by Robert C. Ackerson and covers the 1945-1993 years. Its a big 512 page book with info on just about all the 4x4's that were offered in those years. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif

I noticed the pic in that link showed a 2wd truck. /forums/images/graemlins/thinking.gif
