wheel lug studs

    The Studs on my driver side front wheel are all pretty stripped and gennerally messed up. The bolts still go on but i dont know how much longer its going to last. How do i fix this? Do I need to get a whole new rotor?

    Nope, just remove the rotor then press out the old studs. Press in the new studs and you're ready to put it back together. I would go ahead and clean/grease the bearings and replace the seals while it's apart. [​IMG] Oh yeah, don't forget to yank the spindle and grease the little needle bearing inside the spindle that the axle shaft rides on. That one often gets overlooked. [​IMG]
