Im tossing around the Idea of wheelin Holy Cross this weekend, any one else wanna go?
Don't think I can make it.
But I've always wondered, how tough is Holy Cross?
I started once with my brother-in-law, but he chickened out before we'd hardly gone 100ft.
Well, the trail is not too rough, with good driving and good tires (35+) you should be fine, there is only 1 kinda tough place where you have to climb a large set of rocks and your in a creek bed which means your tires will be wet.
Guess I definitely need to get those 35's, only running 33's right now. Hopefully I'll be able to attempt it next year. I've always wanted to run Holy Cross.
Hey TJ, I was coming back from Aspne Sunday, passed you eastbound on 70. I honked, I was in a fire department Blazer. How did your trip go?
I was wondering if that was you /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif , The trip went well it was very nice up there except late sunday when the rain hit, we all got pretty much soaked.
The rockware buggy and myself where the only 2 that made it up the left line on cleavland rock and I almost put on a hellava rollover show for everyone on my 1st attempt /forums/images/graemlins/yikes.gif But all&all a great trip.
