    OK,

Here is are the plans. Wheeling this weekend. Marv and I are meeting up on Friday night in Superior. Wheel Saturday Miners Revenge, and whatever else we can on Sunday.

Camping will be somewere close to the entrance to the trail. We are still not sure exactly where the trail head is but we know kinda where it is.

I will post up a map to where it is and if you plan on attending we can meet up on Saturday morning or Friday night.

    So far attendees:

    Eric from Desert Rat
    DJ
Friend of Eric from Desert Rat
    Marv Springer
    Possible Mikee
Last time we hit this trail we went down the hill to the wash and wheeled up the wash, it was a great trail. This time we are going to do it backwards, into the wash first then up the hill to the entrance. Lots of big rocks, and fun, I think I remember that last time there were some bypasses, not for sure.

Meet up on Saturday in the morning or friday night if intrested.

Please post up if you think you may make it.

    Rob

Not for us. I think we're gonna count our blessings and drive Wimpy for a bit to feel out any possible troubles.

Besides, we have little kids soccer both days.

Here are the directions I got for the trail head:

"get off on Battleaxe Rd. Park trailers at corral. Drive straight down wash, towards the end there will be a left cut out of the wash, stay on that and that will take to the trail."

Here is another set I got from Curt:

Took from another site. You go through superior on the 60 from apache jct, florence jct etc. on the east end of town there will be an exit to the 177. the names of towns kelvin, kearny and winkleman will be on a sign.....maybe not all 3 but one or more i'm sure. you then get on the 177 and head south.....the only way it goes from superior. it will be just about 10 miles from superior to battle ax rd. i know this because as i am coming from the south, there is a sign that says 10 miles to superior just about at battle ax.

battle ax rd is dirt and just goes west from 177, or turn right as you are coming from superior. there is a cattle guard on battle ax right there. there used to be a regular street sign that said battle ax but didin't see it last time i was there.....maybe it has been replaced.

    hope they work.

I am going to put the Locker the Jeep Amigo sold me in the 28 spline carrier tonight , and God willing , pull the 12 bolt out of the project truck to strip it of its 3.08's in preperation for the 4.56's <--------- This is off topic padding , just don't look like it . I also have to turn to the new month on the (.)(.)calender in the garage :thumb:
