I plan on a swing away tire rack mounted to the back of my Blazer. You know, attached to the rear bumper.

I had my box ratched to the spare tire carrier against the tire. Then I got my bumper made and just ratched it to my hi-lift jack I mounted over the rear wheel well.

35 is too heavy (and large) for a stock carrier, but you can get those BEEFY bearings like "Muddin4Fun" used (was it WARN that sells those?).....Also check out "BobK" he built a custom carrier too.

Anyway, there are companies that sell the parts you'd need to build a really heavy duty swing out carrier, so that won't stop you. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

I straped a 12" sub box to the floor, in the middle, next to the tailgate, with a spare inside, and an EZ strap. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

I think I am going to mount a new 35 on a rim and slap it on the floor then get one of those spider web cargo straps and put some tie downs in the corners. I want to get a high lift floor jack and a nice box to put in the back aswell
