Smittybilt <font color="blue">Makes interior cage and rollbar kits. The come dissasembled and you have to weld them together and tie them to the frame. If you dont attatch the cage to the frame, it's only as sturdy as your floors (we all know about the floors on these trucks). I'm getting the Smittybilt kit then adding parts to it.

I was looking at their cages once but they look too square to me. Like they really need more triangulation... what does everyone else think?

i have a smitty roll bar now... waiting for the interior tube kit to come off back order. /forums/images/icons/crazy.gif At any rate, I am going to tie it into the body (i have no rust issue) in about a bazillion places and gusset the heck out of it... I think it'll be plenty strong from low-speed rollovers.
