USE A ZIP TIE WITH A LOOP IN IT AT THE SHOCK. NOW SOME TIMES THE BRAKE LINE IS SO LONG THAT IS TOUCHES THE TIRE (LIKE MINE). WHAT YOU DO IS GO TO AN AUTO PARTS STORE AND GET A CARB. SPRING PACKAGE (IT HAS ABOUT 6 OR 7 SPRINGS IN IT) AND SCURE ONE SIDE SIDE OF THE SPRING TO THE FRAME AND THE OTHER TO THE BRAKE LINE SO IT PULLS IT AWAY FROM THE TIRE. WHAT IT WILL DO IS KEEP THE LINE OFF THE TIRE AND STRECH WHEN THE TIRE DROPS. IF YOU NEED ANT PICS. LET ME KNOW.

After looking at it a few more times I recognize parts of it. The clamp is just a rubber lined fuel line type clamp that you can get at most part stores. It looks to be zip tied to the shock, but I dont see how the clamp is secured to the zip tie. Then it appears to be fuel hose over the braided line that is zipped at both ends to hold it shut from where he sliced open to go over the braided so it will fit the line clamp.

Did any of this make sense????????????

They come with RS900's, but the guys have it right, you can get the same effect with zip ties and rubber-lined fuel line hold downs. Probably cost ya $2 total.

LoL I was reading the post waiting for the picture to load and I was thinking to myself wait.... I have those and sure enoguh it's my truck ing the pic. Yea it's simple they are little clamps that have a rubber lining and then there is a little slot and two zip ties go through there to hold it to the shock. The it's fuel line cut lenght wise and then zip tied to each end. It works real well and the brake line never gets hung up on anything and stays out of the way of the stearing arm etc.

The "rubber lined clamps" are used extensively in aircraft. They're called Adel clamps. /forums/images/icons/cool.gif

Did you get the 4" lines from Procomp?

Also, whatch out when you have your sway bar connected. I mangled the hold up bracket on mine with a 2.5" lift.
Have you tested the flex out with the new lines and sway bar disconnected?? What shocks are you running and waht size(lift type) are they for?
