where is the horn?

    the actual horn horn at?

    i have no clue, lol

    and has anyone here installed an after market horn?
    i saw one at AZ today called "Highway Blaster" 132db, super low freq....only 15$

    mine now sounds fruity

    It's just behind the grill. There's usually 2 of them. It's a round looking thing with a flat side that has an opening on it.

    I put an air horn on my old furd and was expecting it to sound like a big rig horn but it was some stupid high pitched crap. It was only $15 too so I wasn't expecting much. It broke because I got some water in it while pressure washing the engine.

    this isnt an air horn...its like a piezo horn i guess electrical?

    i need to take my grill off anyway....need to paint it, so i might do the switch then

    Hmm well I guess if it's super low frequency then it's worth a try. The lower the frequency the bigger your truck sounds /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

    i found this one air horn they say is as loud as a train horn, and is illegal in some states!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif gonna buy one!! that would be freaking awesome
