I'm planning on lifting my 86 Chevy 6" soon and was wondering where the best place to get larger tires. I love dealing with tirerack but they only go to size 35. Who makes an "all terrain" type tire in anything larger than a 35 incher? thanks

Your really not going to find an "all terain" larger than 35". Nobody makes them. I just got a set of Swampers from http://www.tyres1.com and they were the cheapest of all the tire places I tried. Plus, the tires came a day early too [IMG]

I thought the stock hummers came with all-terain 37's.

You can get the Wrangler GS-A's in that size, but they aren't exactly a real all terrain. More like an aggressive all season. Not my choice, but ORD is currently running a set on their Green Blazer.

    1992 Blazer Sport, 350 TBI, 4L60, 3" Flowmaster, K&N, 3" Rancho, 285/75R16 on 16x8 Baja's[IMG]

You can get Wrangler ATs in 37x12.5x16.5 but they're $431 each [IMG]. The ORD truck is running prototype 37" MT/Rs. Maybe other companies will follow.
