I was looking around at tires tonight and started thinking maybe a set of Michelin XML 325/85R16s would be good for me. Measure 39x13 on a 16" rim, I was planning on running beadlocks anyway. If I don't like them in the future I know IROKs come in 16" rim sizes. I'm looking for a place to find 5 new XMLs or almost new. USA 6x6 is the only place I know but I don't want to deal with him. I pmed one guy on Pirate and did a quick search there.

I have been sorta lookin at 11.00R16 XLs.I want the 16s so if I dont like or cant get them later I wont be stuck with 20" wheels.Ultimate 4 wheel drive doesnt list them so I sent them an email to see if they have or can get them /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I will post up if they get back to me /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

considering they are for my tow rig I had to settle with something and they fit the bill. I was just letting you know that you wont find what you are looking for in the michelins trust me I tried. besides anything smaller than a 38 should be for a tow rig only /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

good philosophy. I am gonna try a little longer then probably give up and go with IROKs. The K5 is pretty much 100% not gonna be my daily driver so I'm not too worried about tire wear and all.

iroks are kick azz tires... and cheaper and lighter than most any interco tire for their size as well.
