I need to buy a set of seat belts for my 86 K10. (I assume the K5 belts will work) Where can i find them? LMC has the center seatbelt, but not the driverside and passengerside belts. Does any on know where i can find a set of these?

I don't know where you can find "stock" seat belts, but summit, and jc whitney sell replacement 3 point belts, that you need for the front buckets- when I called about them, ( I considered getting new ones) they told me that they could not guarantee the fit, they only come in two sizes etc... I would check salvage yards. Luckily for me, mine were only grubby, and once I cleaned them up, they look better than I thought they would. Also, I couldn't get an exact match color wise-- that was another reason I didnt get them. They have "red" I need maroon--

    good luck!

I never thought about something like that. I need black so it shouldnt be a problem getting the right color. Anyone know where to get stock ones?

Some are available from your dealer if your parts person is smart enough to step up a few years. They are not cheap but
they are cheaper than poking you head through the windshield. If you want I can check it out in a.m. and let you know. Otherwise check the bone yard or look for some one

PU and Blazer belts are not the same, the Blazers use a single retractor vs. a dual in the PUs and Subs. However, if you can make them work, I prefer the single retractor style. The lap belt stays tight; the retractor is on the shoulder belt, this allows upper body movement while keeping your butt planted in the seat (good for wheelin).

I got my black ones from JC Whitney. If I remember right it was about $150.00 for both with tax and shipping. They even came with plastic piece to keep the female side of the belt up at the base of the seat. I reused the original mounting bolts and had to do some minor drilling to enlarge the bolt holes on the belts.

They lock up really easy, alomost to easy, but I didn't want to pay much more than what I did.

    Hope this helps.

check out these I found I can't make them clicky but here they are

    www.ssnake-oyl.com/Safety_Restraint_Products2133.html
they are in Texas- 99 bucks- they even have

these were the only ones I found that were not for specific cars/ trucks- I think the snake oil people are the way to go- from reading there site, they actually can take your old ones, and "recondition" them if you chose so-- I'd think that could save some money

hope this helps ( i just figured out the clicky)
