I am familiar with Crutchfield and have ordered from them before with greta success, but just wondering what other alternatives there are?

Here are some other sites I know of but have never shopped at:
    www.sounddomian.com
    www.onlinecarstereo.com
    www.crockertronic.com
    www.cartoys.com
    www.caraudioexpert.com
    www.carstereotime.com

Has anyone purchased thigns from these places before?

    Can anyone recommend anywhere else?

    Thanks! /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Why order online. Give me a shout and support a fellow K5er. I will give you the best deal I can which is anywhere from 5-10% markup. I will even back all my stuff with a full warranty and it is all new stock. You need to be careful because alot of places including Crutchfield sell B stock. If someone buys a product from me and it goes back for warranty the manufacturer replaces that unit w/ a new one. Then the used unit is repaired and sold as B stock for a discount. That is how alot of the places sell items for less then what I can because it is used and has been warrantied.

I am looking for a good (does not have to be great, Sony, etc is fine) 5 channel amp that puts out about 30-50ampx4 + ~100ampx1.
Also interested in the new Blaupunkt saucer woofer in a ten inch.

Might be a bit more then you want but a Crossfire VR705D is 50watts x 4 RMS and 300X1 RMS with max power near 750 (4ohm)at 14.4 volts Variable crossovers 40-250Hz high pass front and rear 4-150Hz sub output 2-ohm stable on ALL channels
    to lend 100W x 4 and 600X1 at 2ohm suggested retail 599.00

I'd ship one to your door for 325.00

I'd sell you a Blaup sub but I would high suggest against it. I have had numerous problems with their tensil leads breaking.

So you have the new Blaiu Saucer Subs? These are the ones that the 12 is only about 2 inches deep.

Thanks for the quote on the amp, but I am shooting for a lower budgeted set up, too many other things need attention, and I do not want to give another thief some great equipment.

What do you have/recommend for dash replacements on a 2nd gen? 3 1/2 is what the book says.

I'd go with the Memphis 3.5 before the fosgates and I carry them both. Memphis are about 40.00 shipped to your front door and they handle moisture much better.

The PR35 two ways are rated at 50 watts I believe, but I have put more then that too them. Distorsion kills speakers not true watts. http://www.memcaraudio.com/
