Where to find \"aircraft\" style switches?

I just added an aux. 12" fan in front of the radiator and also plan on adding a few more accessories that will require dash mounted switches. Does anyone know where to get good quality metal toggle switches.? I am looking for ones with the nice red safety cover on them. AutoZone and Checker have the cheap plastic ones but I was looking for something a little classier. Any sources would be helpful.

    Thanks,

Check Summit, they have all kinds of switched. A bit pricey for me though. http://www.summitracing.com

Summit and Jegs both have them, also you could try http://www.chiefaircraft.com or do a search for aircraft parts.

Check with a local RadioShack. They have every kind of switch under the sun and they don't cost an arm and a leg.

Painless wiring makes a board that you can run a large main wire to and then run the rest of your smaller accessories off of that.

I think I found exactly what you are looking for. Wicks Aircraft Supply, www.wicksaircraft.com , or 1-800-221-9425. Switches are $ 10-20 depending on what type, and the guards are $ 9.25 each. They also have lots of "Beefy" looking wiring stuff and fasteners. Hope this helps
