Running my own business kinda means if I don't do it, I don't eat! But then I've never relied on others when I can do it myself.

That is kind of my deal - my dept=my problem. If stuff ain't right its my problem wether I like it or not. Of course people can always be fired if they are not pulling their own weight.

People being fired for not pulling their own weight is the way it should always be.

Most of those people spend more energy getting out of work than it would have taken to do the job properly in the first place, Lazy focktards:mad: . We in the Navy see it all the time I am sure it happens in the other services also.

hiring someone to do it for you is another thing altogether. having a slacking co-worker effect your performance is bull****. unfortunately, in the real world, most of the time those people are ass kissers, and he who kisses the most ass generally stays put.

In that case, anybody got any ideas then on how you yourself can make slacking co-workers pay for not doing their jobs when the bosses won't do it, other than raising as much hell over it as you possibly can?
