I have had a lot of different hot rods and muscle cars... sold them to head back to school, but have been keeping my eyes peeled. Might be checking out a rolling Chevelle w/ a cage tomarrow.

I have a 1940 chevy coupe I'm working on. it is sitting on a 73 chevy truck frame with a 1977 camaro front clip, 355 with a TH400 it has a 10 bolt right now but I have a 12 bolt for it. for body mods it is channeled over the frame. has the rear fenders molded in and all the trim has been removed. I installed 77 camaro side markers into the front piece for turn signals but maybe removing them for something cooler( I have a wild idea of installing some kinda new car headlights like a camaro, malibu, or monte , but the olds intrigue lights would match the contour of the fenders the best. but since i'm fenching some 99 vette lights in the rear i may get vette lights for the front.

It's not what you drive, but what drives you( Or is it what you work on,lol)

Well utlimately I'd like to get a 70 GTO... or atleast a 70-72 one and make it look like a 70-, probably w/ a fiberglass front clip. If I go Chevelle I'd want a 70, 71, or 72... body needs to be pretty clean... no rust... same w/ the underside. Don't care about interior, motor, tranny, rear, etc. Gonna gut her out... mini-tub and cage it... It's will possibly be my attempt to re-enter NMCA racing... But right now I'm looking at the Chevelle cause it is almost set up perfectly... already caged and that... but had an engine fire so I have to check out the damage... I'm also talking with a guy in British Columbia w/ a 70 GTO roller minus the frt clip, hood, and fenders. So if anyone knows of anything give me a shout.

I've got a 88' Monte Carlo SS. It's got a LT1 with headers and a K&N. The tranny is a 700r4 with a shift kit and a Hurst quarter stick.
