    2 sac fire dept

    3 salvation army

    4 goodwill

    5 the breast cancer place

    6 the starving children place

    7 lukemia kids place

Anyone else donate stuff?? Its kind of a good feeling.

    We donate to:

City Mission - a homeless shelter that doesn't take taxpayer funds

My church - Don't need to buy my way into heaven, the laws of sowing and reaping work here and now.

Best friends animal society - kind of leftist, but they do good things for homeless animals.

    local no kill pet shelters.

    various cancer cure research outfits

    right wing political candidates.

I like buying food for the drives around the holidays. Other than that I'll toss the bums down the street some change in exchange for a story/joke. :D

I sit on the board of and donate most of my free time and money to the "Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges" here in Tulsa. They provide physical rehabilitation and social integration services to indigent handicapped persons. I dig it. Makes it easier to shave my face in the morning.

No money donations, usually just time. Next week will be 3 hours at a local food bank, a mulching project for the city and have helped at Habitat for Humanity

I might get a little heat for this , but I wouldn't give to the "local" fire dept. if my house were going up in flames...They can take their strong arm tactics and their Air Supply tickets and shove 'em... :ignore:  :weld:

We send a package to a soldier in Iraq every couple of months (different ones, we have a few friends over there)
    Disabled American Veterans
    Royce Hurst (no-kill shelter)
    Dumb Friends League (same thing)
Girl Scouts (I choose to look at the coookie money as a donation  )
I raise money for the Lions Club every year (we did almost 200K in my little town this year!)
and various local causes when they come up, yesterday gave to two local families, one whose daughter was run over and killed last weekend and the other was killed by their own dog in the back yard :(

I never, ever give to street chodes, it's just drug and booze money for them to screw up their lives even more.

Oh, and I guess I give quite a bit to the "Dave's save an old Chevy Fund"

    1 - God
2 - Sinclair Oil... The hotel I work for is owned by Sinclair Oil... I think I buy enough gas from Sinclair that I've paid a couple of my own paychecks :D
3 - WyHy Federal Credit Union... Think I can write off my high interest rate as a charitable donation? I do...

After those three things, I'm pretty well out of money to donate... Gotta save a little and spend the rest for me :cool1:
