Who has a 3\" body lift?

I've been thinking about doing a 3" body lift along with a 4" suspension lift to help clear 35's with no fender trimming on my ’75 Blazer. Could some people post pictures of there K5's with 3" body lift so I can see what it looks like. I have also wondered how hard it will be to work on the engine after doing a body lift. Should I weld some spacers between my frame and the motor mounts to lift the engine, and do the same to the transfer case mounts? Any advice would be great!

I have 6" and 3", The ground is not level in the pic, that is why the ass end looks higher but it actually sits level. I would not try to make any kind of spacer because I dont think it can even be done. You have more room to clear a blower or tall air filter under the hood now and it is a hell of a lot easier to get to the top bellhousing bolts. the only drawback is that custom bumper brackets have to be made to bring them up 3". I'm not worried about the gaps for the bumpers, becuase I'm going to make my own bumpers in time. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

My pics are in my link below. I am a big fan of body lifts. Cheap, and everything it much easier to work on. Good time to replace the worn out rubber mounts as well.
