Okay,.... need some technical advise here. Im doing a little custom RC Car project and need to know just how sensitive the radio recievers are to voltage. The one i have came from a 7.2 volt car. My concern is will higher voltage cause a problem ? will 6volts be enough ? I'll share my creation with everyone in a day or two once its complete. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

i am not to sure, but i woulnd't go much higher then a 7.2. yes a 6 should be enough, depending on how many things you are running off of it.

Its just a standard Futaba 2 channel reciever. My power source has 6 and then 9.6 volts. ...guess i'll have to wait and talk to the hobby shop guys.
    Thanks for the reply though
