was driving back from Salem today and saw a dually running down the freeway toward sweethome with a K5 on the trailer... Figured if it was one of "us" you wouldnt be able to respond but... Was it one of you all? Black chevy dually, pulling a blue K5.

Everyone I know is going /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif I got the Joy of working weekends. be on the look out for a black 73 to 79 suburban that has been "waddell'ized" it's my buddy Slater. he hacked it up, just has a spare hanging of the back.

It's flat black (don't know if the camo job is done) with a L-79 hood scoop.

The only other burb that was bobbed besides Brians was a white and black striped one, had some thing written on the door but I don't remember what it was, don't know if it had a scoop or not.
I will definately have my rig the next time.
Lots of carnage, broken shafts and ball joints seemed to be the order of the day. And stuck rigs.
I had to be winched out of the pit, lost front wheel drive and almost made it out. Then it got all sideways on me.
A few minutes with a winch and I was parked back at our spot.
Otherwise Effies rig runs strong and goes pretty much wherever ya point it at. I won't badmouth TBI anymore. That rig gets with the program.
The 700R4 on the otherhand. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
Don't know what happened to the front axle yet.
I didn't bring a camera but Effie and Mike did.
They got some nice shots of Jason and Brian in the mud drags.
They swapped sides so there should be some good shots of them both. I swear them guys might have well been on pavement. The light went green and they were gittin it on.
Impressive rigs, seem to well in the rocks, sand and the mud.
Lots of rigs some realy trick others looked like a.... thrown together mud machine.
Stockers, a swarm of Subys.. now there's like a cool lil rig.
    It's like a 4x4 go cart LOL
A freakin good time, I will defininately be there next year.
Effie thanx fer lettin me wheel yer rig. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
I don't think it was all Mike on the tranny and front end.
The run I made up the big hill was a good one and prolly started the whole thing rolling.
Regardless I will be down there Thursday to start the becoming .

You are more than Welcome, just hope you had a good time. At least you finally smiled when I threw you my key's and told you to get the Bitch Dirty. You didn't move on it to fast till I raised more hell with you to get the hell out there. Have some great photo's of CK5 members and other great catches. We just need more things like that to go to, time to buy some land. I had a great time, I need someone to build me a 4x4 scooter to get around better, down for a couple days but [censored] it was all worth it and then some. It was a Kick Ass Great Time. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I saw him today, he put a B&R sign on the drivers door, it's the name of the junkyard he works at, the rear "quarter panel" (more like a nickle panel now,LOL)
has a sign from one of the other parts stores in town.LOL

Not sure what the passenger side has.
The burb has a 455 olds in it with a 4" lift and 34" swampers. he's the one thats having me help build a RTI ramp to keep at his house.
