Why do I do that to myself?

    Driving home, I think "hey I'll listen to Ill Nino".... mistake.... ever want to feel extra ****ty when you aren't 100% emotionally(relationship wise) go ahead and listen to them.

    *sigh*

    Yup. Self-pity can be addictive. I also think that subconciously people enjoy feeling really crappy- it gives them an excuse to temporarily lower thier ambition.

    Let the pain take its course, ive been there, weve all been there, but after a while it gets easyer, its just takes time. :)

    I've always been "happier" when depressed. Its one of the issues I've had with medications and getting better. Most of the time I'd rather feel like crap.

    Don't feel weird about it. I do the same thing. Hell, today I even caught myself driving past where my ex-g/f works.....

    I'm still wondering if it was the right decision.
