why does crap alway break when you had a good day and wreck it????

    i drove my truck all over today, got the lawn mower running, cut all those rengade leaves. fixed a ton O crap. and NOW the faucet only shuts off in the middle of being closed or open!!!! the hot water side i should say.POS :angry1: :angry1: :angry1: i feel like building a ramp and jumping my truck into the house and just walking away. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

    most definatly, it still makes me mad.tommorow i'm working on the inside of the house(how ironic).i just get tired of messing with the same thing i just fixed.i can't move forward. :mad:

    i just fixed it a month ago.my wife was the last one to use it.I used it 5 minutes before and it was fine. :mad: i swear she is out to get me. :confused:

    it's in the kitchen,it's an american standard.the hot side was dripping so Itookit apart and there is a rubber seal.no one has one so i took as an inner tube and cut the peice for it.it worked great until tonight.i think it spun in it's little home.????

    simple, go to home depot and get a universal washer kit :) there should be one to fit it, its a brand name faucet. :) it should cost you a total of 5 cents :) ,,or take the stem out, and flip it, so the smooth side of the washer is facing the seat :)

    or you can shave the sides of one thats too big :) until it fits, everything will be ok, i promise :)

    yeah what he said, i used to get pretty pi$$ed off at all the little things in life until a lot of real bads things happened that changed my life forever, now things are back to normal and i dont hardly ever get as upset at things like, traffic, school, dump people, all my broken crap and like a million other things in life

    I do a little bit of everything. I regularly rennovate apartment suites, so I do drywalling, flooring, plumbing electrical, painting, and good ol' elbow grease style scrubbing with an SOS pad :P

    I work in retail (gag me), as a janitor, and occaisonally I run parts for NAPA. Not really any trades but I'm going to school for mechanical engineering in the fall.
