WTF is with the front bumper? I do like the flip up fenders and hood.... would be nice to work on the truck but it's way cheesy otherwise...

Evidently all the money to lift the bumper went into the CHROME. $8000?!?!?! That boggles my mind.

What's the point to have a box that lifts up like that. And why spend that kind of money on a truck you can't even drive for fear of scratching it up ???? What's the trophy's for, most wasted money ????

The real question is....who is the fool? The one who built it, or the one who is willing to spend 10 grand or more for it?

i dont think either are. the person who built it wanted a show truck and thats what he built to him it is cool to us it is not practical. the person willing to buy it wants a show truck not a wheeling truck. dont get me wrong i am lmao@ it but thats what they wanted and to each there own /forums/images/icons/smile.gif although i wouldnt mind having the motor to put in my blazer /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

And you think I spend alot of money on my trucks! That guys got me beat by at least $50......./forums/images/icons/wink.gif/forums/images/icons/smile.gif/forums/images/icons/crazy.gif/forums/images/icons/laugh.gif.

J/K folks. For that money you could build most of the rigs at TTC (and even some that should have made it) and had a real rig.

Devils Advocate: Although I would have done several things different if I was doing a strictly show truck, but considering the awards he's won (if not lyeing) he's doing something right for the type of recognition he was looking for. The tilt nose is cool (gotta give him credit), the B&M blower, and the straight lift bed (as opposed to the average lever lift or multi-lift dancing bed on many low rider trucks). We could sit here all day and pick it apart i.e. bumper, excessive chrome, etc. but what's the point.....Sorry, off the soap box now /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif.

<font color=blue> He built a nice rig for show and that's about it ...... at least he doesn't have 44's and 10 bolts like we usually see ... I'd rather have a truck that can be used as wel as look good.

Oh dear god I can't believe someone would butcher a perfectly good chev like that. I wanna buy it just so it can be reformed and turned back into a respectable truck. Sorta like the saving the cars being crushed, except this is saving it from being destined to a lifetime of doomful fubarism.
