There is a newer S10(94+ I believe) at the local truck yard and I'm thinking it may not be all that far out of hand to consider going to an S10 cab on my K5 frame since my K5 body has lots of little support rust. Nothing bad but stuff that I don't think I can really repair right now and will become cancer in not too long. Only thing is this would be my daily driver and in PA we aren't suppossed to have tires stick past the body. Only allowed 3" fender flares too. With fiberglass flared bedsides and fenders+ fender flares I'm wondering if it would be wide enough for me. Or if it would just look like crap.

From the out-side shoulder of the tire to the same on the other side is aprox. 63 inches on this S10.

Add another couple of inches (total) fender coverage.

Your going to have to do the math from there, to figure out how much wider the K5 will be, and to where the tires will end up being.
