I have an 84 K-5, with 4 inch susp lift and 35" Trailblazer M/T's. Within the next week or so Ill be puttin on a 3 inch body lift and 1 inch zero rate add a leaves all the way around. Giving me a total of 8" of lift. Will i be able to run 38x15.5x15 radial swampers? I dont flex very much. I just like to play in the mud. The only cutting i will do is just minimal stuff you wouldnt even be able to see when looking at it from the side. Thanks for any info you have on this.

Ya they'll fit and then some. Check my pics. Mine is 9" lift and it clears the 38s just fine. Backspacing of your rims might make them rub but I doubt it. I can flex, turn lock-to-lock, etc without ever rubbing them.

hog out your fender and add a 2" body lift. once you get to 3in it tends to get a bit squirrely, FWIW.

I wouldn't waste the time doing a 2" body. Go 3" or not at all.
