My driver's side power window is messing up. It usually works well and is fairly fast, but today, I tried to roll it up and it went up about 4" and stopped. So I rolled it back down, same thing. Now it won't go up past 1/4" or so, is it a bad motor, or binding in the track? Anything I should look for when I pull the door panel?
    Thanks
    AW

That's pretty much your two choices....lube it up well and see if that helps.....then replace the motor. Every one whines about the "sorry" window motors, but most are 15 to 20 years old. Put a new one in and get another 10-15 years of good service.
