I've got a problem with my wiper motor flange. The motor mounts in three spots on the flange. On mine the bottom portion is badly torn because of probably years of use while supported in only two spots. Apparently, a top slightly left mounting bolt on mine broke off in the bolt hole. I broke an easy out trying to get it out and now I'm wondering what to do. Is this the kind of thing where you need to cut the flange off and weld on a new on. I need help.
