wiper motor?

    can anybody tell me which wire is the hot wire at the switch? The wiring is not hooked up and i cant check it with a test light.

    yes its for the 77. There are 3 wires on the motor and 2 wires on the pump. I have to run new wires out to the pump form the switch. The pailess kit only provides one power with for the wiper cuicuit so i am assumming that it works by applying ground to get the different functions. All i need to know is which one is the hot wire at the switch.

    this is from memory but on my 74 the yellow or yellow with black stripe was ground. the dark blue was the squirter. now the other 2 wires together to 12 volts made it go slow.and just one of them makes it go fast in the same direction that is dose when it gose slow with the 2 wires. adding the second wire makes it slow down for some reason.
