I HAVE A PROBLEM. WHEN I TURN THE WIPER ON THE WINDSHIELD FLUID STARTS SPRAYING. I CHECKED ALL CONNECTIONS AND HAVE DETERMINED IT TO BE THE SIGNAL SWITCH. I PLAN ON REMOVING THE STEERING WHELL FOR A GRANT ANYWAY ANY TIPS ON WHAT TO DO? CHECK FOR? CAN I DO THIS WITHOUT TAKING THE STEERING WHEEL OFF? IT'S A TILT 4SPD

You'll need two different pullers to get inside to where the switch is. First you need a steering wheel puller just to get the wheel off. Then you need the puller that lets you remove the lock plate behind the steering wheel. It's a real PITA, but once you have everything out of the way you can see the switch.
